올캔아이 저작권보호의 규정



주)퍼즐로의 올캔아이 사업부(이하 올캔아이)에서 제공하는 올캔아이 서비스를 통하여 제공하는 모든 콘텐츠(교육내용, 이미지)에 대한 저작권과 소유권 및 판권은 올캔아이의 소유이며 저작권법의 보호를 받습니다.
따라서 본 서비스의 사용자는 아래 사항을 준수해야 합니다.

1. 올캔아이의 서면을 통한 사전허가 없이 어떠한 매체에도 직, 간접적으로 변조, 복사, 배포, 출판, 전시, 판매 하거나 상품제작, 인터넷, 모바일 및 데이터베이스를 비롯한 각종 정보서비스 등에 사용하는 것을 금합니다.



2. 올캔아이 서비스의 사용자는 정보를 왜곡, 개작, 변조하지 않을 것을 확약하며 서비스 사용자의 불법적 사용으로 인해 발생한 문제에 대해 올캔아이는 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
또한 사전의 서면 허가 없이 올캔아이의 콘텐츠나 정보를 이용하여 개인 또는 단체가 영리, 비영리 목적의 정보서비스, 출판, 전시, 등 재판매를 할 수 없습니다.



3. 서비스 사용자(회원 또는 비회원)는 회사 및 저작권자의 사용범위를 벗어나 사용하거나 회사와 저작권자의 사전 협의 및 동의 없이
다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 피해보상과 위약금이 청구 될 수 있으며 관련법규에 의해 처벌 될 수 있습니다.


  • 1) 회사의 서면 동의 없이 콘텐츠의 전체 또는 일부를 무단으로 도용한 경우
  • 2) 회사의 서면 동의 없이 콘텐츠의 전체 또는 일부를 무단으로 타 사이트에 유/무상으로 게재 및 서비스 사용을 한 경우
  • 3) 사이트 콘텐츠에 포함된 사진, 이미지, 내용 등을 무단으로 사용한 경우
  • 4) 회사에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 타인에게 양도.판매.대여하는 경우
  • 5) 기타 국제 저작권법 및 국내 저작권법 및 시행령 등에서 정한 저작물 침해의 경우


4. 본 사이트를 통해 제공받는 유료서비스의 사용은 1인 1계정(ID)에 한하며, 인터넷, 모바일 등 전자매체로의 복사, 인쇄, 재사용을 위한 저장은 허가되지 않습니다.



5. 올캔아이의 서비스를 이용하여 학교, 유치원, 어린이집 등 교육기관 및 단체에서 자체 서비스를 기획 제작하여 유료로 제공하거나, 이에 준하는 영리를 목적으로 하는 모든 사용은 저작권법에 위배됩니다.



6. 서비스 사용자가 등록한 게시자료에 대하여 제 3자로부터 저작권 및 기타 권리의 침해 또는 명예훼손, 음란성등의 이유로 이의가 제기된 경우
회사는 해당 게시물을 임시 삭제 할 수 있으며, 이의를 제기한 자와 게시물 등록자 간에 소송, 합의를 통해 당해 게시물에 대한 법적 문제가 종결된 후 이를 근거로 회사에 신청이 있는 경우에만 상기 임시 삭제된 게시물은 다시 등록될 수 있습니다.
다만 회사는 어떠한 경우도 제 3자와 서비스 사용자간의 법적인 문제에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다. 본 서비스의 사용자나 회사와 계약을 체결하여 정보를 제공하는 정보서비스의 사용자들은위의 사항을 모두 준수해야 합니다.

To use AllCanI's services, you must enter your personal information during the sign-up process.

  • Personal information collected when upgrading to a paid membership:
    • For card payment: Type of credit card, card number, expiration date, password
    • For mobile payment: Mobile phone number
    • For bank transfer: Bank name, account number, depositor's name

AllCanI provides a procedure for you to agree to the privacy policy or terms of use. By clicking the [Agree] button, you are deemed to have consented to the collection of personal information.

3. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

AllCanI collects personal information for the following purposes:

  • Name, ID, password, mobile phone number: Used for user identification procedures for member services
  • Email address, phone number: For delivering notices, sending study and update information, and ensuring smooth communication
  • Bank account information, credit card information, mobile phone information: For payment of fees for paid member services

AllCanI uses cookies to store and retrieve member information as needed.

To withdraw consent (membership cancellation), please contact our customer center (1877-7987) or send an email, and we will process your request immediately and notify you of the result.

6. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

AllCanI retains your personal information as long as you maintain your membership with AllCanI.
If you request to withdraw your membership or revoke your consent to the collection and use of personal information,
or when the purpose of collection and use is achieved or the retention and use period expires, the relevant personal information will be destroyed without delay.

7. Technical and Institutional Measures for Personal Information Protection

Your personal information is protected by a password, and only you know the password for your account.
Verification and changes to your personal information can only be made by you if you know your password.

In addition, to prevent external intrusions such as hacking, we use intrusion prevention systems and vulnerability analysis systems
to ensure security. We also back up systems and data to prepare for any possible damage to member information.

AllCanI minimizes the number of staff handling personal information and emphasizes compliance with this policy through regular training.

8. Rights and Obligations of Users

Please enter your personal information accurately and keep it up to date to prevent unexpected accidents.
You are responsible for any accidents caused by inaccurate information you entered.

株式会社Puzzle AllCanI事业部（以下简称“AllCanI”）通过AllCanI服务提供的所有内容（教育内容、图片）的著作权、所有权及版权均归AllCanI所有，并受著作权法保护。
因此，本服务的用户必须遵守以下事项。

1. 未经AllCanI书面事先许可，禁止以任何媒介直接或间接篡改、复制、分发、出版、展示、销售、商品制作，或用于互联网、移动端及数据库等各种信息服务。



2. AllCanI服务的用户承诺不歪曲、改编、篡改信息，因服务用户非法使用而产生的问题，AllCanI不承担任何责任。
此外，未经事先书面许可，个人或团体不得利用AllCanI的内容或信息进行营利或非营利的信息服务、出版、展示等再销售。



3. 服务用户（会员或非会员）若超出公司及著作权人许可范围使用内容，或未经公司及著作权人事先协商和同意，
出现以下情况时，可能会被要求赔偿损失及支付违约金，并可依据相关法律法规追究法律责任。


  • 1) 未经公司书面同意，擅自使用全部或部分内容的情况
  • 2) 未经公司书面同意，擅自在其他网站有偿或无偿发布及使用全部或部分内容的情况
  • 3) 擅自使用网站内容中包含的照片、图片、内容等的情况
  • 4) 将公司提供的内容转让、销售、出租给他人的情况
  • 5) 其他违反国际著作权法及国内著作权法及实施令等规定的侵权行为


4. 通过本网站提供的付费服务仅限一人一账号（ID）使用，禁止通过互联网、移动端等电子媒介复制、打印或为再使用而保存。



5. 利用AllCanI服务为学校、幼儿园、托儿所等教育机构及团体自行策划制作并有偿提供服务，或以此类营利为目的的所有使用均违反著作权法。



6. 若服务用户发布的资料因第三方提出著作权及其他权利侵害、名誉损害、淫秽等异议，
公司可临时删除相关帖子。待提出异议者与发布者通过诉讼或和解等方式解决该帖子的法律问题后，
如有据此向公司申请，临时删除的帖子可以重新发布。
但公司在任何情况下均不对第三方与服务用户之间的法律问题承担责任。
本服务的用户或与公司签订协议提供信息服务的用户，均须遵守上述所有事项。
